Our co-founder Nenad Molerovich joined Mishko Ivanov on Business Class (Бизнес Класа) to talk about building Lean.
Nenad talks about why he moved his family back to Macedonia in 2015, sold everything and went all-in on Lean, and why he built it as a company of partners rather than employees: an agency that takes on fewer clients and is fully committed to each one.
He also explains how profit is shared based on what each person actually contributes, why half of Lean’s partners didn’t come from marketing at all, and the Career Trial, our way for people to try working with us before they quit their job.
