It’s been six years since LeanSEM grew its roots here in Macedonia, and we are here to stay!

Our goal is to hire 12 new people by the end of 2021, and naturally, we need more space to grow!
One of the most significant milestones for LeanSEM is moving into a bigger and better office! Investing in our working environment and perfecting the operating conditions is of great importance for our company.
Located in Taftalidze (Zhenevska 17b), LeanSEM’s new offices take up a space of 575m2 and have the capacity for over 50 people.
The new LeanSEM home will feature:
– A gym,
– A premium billiard table,
– A futsal,
– An entertainment room (100m2),
– An open terrace with a bbq (40m2),
– One large and two medium-size conference rooms,
– A relax space,
– Free parking.
Our future goal is to also hire a full-time cook by the middle of next year.
However, our people’s safety and health are our No. 1 priority. Until there is a safe way for us to go back to the office, we will keep working from home.
As much as we can’t wait to “show off” our new home, we are also ecstatic to share our newly set goals and start writing the new chapter of our story with new superstars.
