Account Lead TY Page – Lean

Okay, you’re in. The clock’s running.

Your Mission:

You’re preparing to step in as the new Account Lead for Galileo — a health & wellness client. Your job is to research the business, understand the market, and show us how you think.

You have 2 working days to prepare. When you’re ready, you’ll answer 6 video questions — on camera, on the spot.

What to Research:

How deep you go is up to you.

  • The Business: What is Galileo? What do they sell, to whom, and in which markets? What makes them different? What’s their new B2B product?
  • The Customer: Who is Galileo’s ideal customer? What are their pain points, and how do they search for solutions?
  • The Competitive Landscape: Who else is in this space? How do they position themselves?
  • Paid Acquisition Channels: How do Google Ads and Meta Ads work? Key levers, metrics, and best practices for B2C lead generation.
  • Creative Strategy: What makes a high-performing Meta ad? Best practices for direct-response creative.
  • Acquisition Economics: How do you know if paid acquisition is sustainable for a subscription business? What metrics matter, and what does “good” look like? Think CEO perspective, not just marketer.

Use any tools you want — AI, Google, competitor teardowns, ad libraries, platform docs. Whatever you’d normally use to get smart on a new client fast.

We expect you to use AI tools. Part of what we’re evaluating is how you use them — not whether you can do this without them.

The Assessment:

When you feel ready, click the link below to start your video assessment.

  • 6 questions. Video responses only.
  • 3 minutes max per answer.
  • No retakes. One shot per question.
  • We don’t care about your camera or your background. We care about how you think.

Why are we doing this?

Because resumes are just a list of what you’ve done. This shows us how you think. We want to see how you connect information, make judgment calls, and communicate under pressure.

We review all submissions within one week. If we’d like to move forward, we’ll reach out to schedule an in-person meeting. If you don’t hear from us within two weeks, we’ve decided to go in a different direction — but we appreciate the effort.

Good luck
