We’re not talking about basic automations, we’re creating intelligent agents that learn, adapt, and scale autonomously to drive business growth. We’re deep into the AI wave, and we need someone who’s already elbow-deep in it too.
This role isn’t set in stone and that’s the point. AI is evolving fast, and so will your responsibilities. Some days you’ll be scaling workflows in n8n or Make, others you’ll be designing custom LLM-powered systems from scratch. Whatever tool, model, or platform it takes, you’re either already familiar or ready to dive in headfirst.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and scale AI agents and workflows that go way beyond traditional marketing automation.
- Evolve our current systems and bring new ideas to life – fast.
- Solve real business problems with intelligent automation, not just flashy tech.
- Work closely with a team that’s innovating every day and expects the same from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re already riding the AI agent wave and know your way around LLMs, workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier), vector databases, and integration stacks.
- You get that AI isn’t the goal – business outcomes are. And you know how to drive them
- You can build from scratch, with no manual, no hand-holding
- You thrive in chaos, adapt fast, and move faster
- Bonus if you understand marketing systems, but not required.
We’re open to various technical backgrounds, whether you’re a developer excited to dive into AI or an automation expert or data scientist who wants to go beyond. We’re not just looking for someone to fit into a traditional job description or tick all the boxes; we want someone excited about delivering solutions as we build together the intelligent tools that will power the next generation of business growth.

Initially, this role might be offered on a project or contractor basis, but we’re open to transitioning to full-time, or even starting full-time if we find the right fit. If you’re a great match, we’ll agree on the details together, and we’re flexible on how we proceed.
What’s Next:
There is a task as part of the selection process to help you get a sense of the kind of work we’re doing.
The task will involve designing one AI workflow (just a peek into one aspect of the role), but it will help us see how you think through challenges. Once we’ve reviewed your work and if we continue to move forward together, we’ll give you access to the necessary tools and resources, like n8n, to actually build the workflow you’ve designed.
