What You’ll Do:
This role is not for beginners. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable taking ownership and delivering results from day one. We work directly with owners, boards, CEOs, and CMOs and they trust us to drive their core revenue. Marketing is a business lever, and in some cases, it accounts for up to 50% of their revenue.
- Own client growth, from strategy to execution, ROI being your ultimate north star.
- Design, integrate and iterate workflows to orchestrate AI agents into marketing operations
- Apply taste and judgement in areas where AI isn’t perfect yet (deep intuition, original judgement, knowing what good looks like before the data proves it etc)
- Work closely with a team that’s innovating every day and expects the same from you.
Your ultimate goal is to drive business results by pairing our deep understanding of clients’ businesses and marketing expertise with AI growth agents that amplify further the value we bring to our clients.

- You’re already riding the AI wave and you are ready to design and work alongside AI agents to drive business growth.

We’re looking for a Growth Architect – someone who combines the roles of strategic operator, AI orchestrator, and marketing technologist, all while applying judgement, taste, and first-principles thinking to drive business results.
